By accessing or using Draft Guru ("the Service"), operated by Draft Guru AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Draft Guru is a fantasy sports platform with league creation and management, draft tools, rosters, trades, waivers, matchups, imported-league views and AI assistance ("Guru AI"). Assistant GM can use supported draft connections, typed picks or screen sharing in supported desktop browsers. Paid plans can also connect supported external AI clients to read plan-eligible league data. Feature availability depends on the sport, platform, device and plan. The Service is available at draftguruai.com and through associated mobile applications.
Draft Guru offers the following subscription tiers:
League creation and participation, roster management, practice drafts and basic AI within the Free plan’s usage limits, at no cost.
Upgraded Guru AI and external AI connector access for your selected sport, with higher account-wide usage and import allowances. Basketball Pro covers NBA and WNBA.
Upgraded Guru AI and external AI connector access for NFL and College Football, with the Football Bundle’s shared account allowances.
Upgraded Guru AI and external AI connector access across all six sports, unlimited imported leagues, and Elite tools such as Smart Auto-Analyze, subject to published usage limits and feature availability.
Paid plans are billed annually; any monthly equivalent shown is the annual price divided by twelve. Imported-league allowances and daily Guru-message limits are shared across the account, not multiplied by sport or league. An external AI provider’s subscription, model access and usage limits are separate. See Pricing for current prices, included features and limits. Founding rates are subject to eligibility and availability and remain locked while the subscription stays active; cancellation forfeits founding pricing.
All paid subscriptions are for digital content and services. Subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as outlined in our Refund Policy. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
When using Draft Guru, you agree not to:
Using Draft Guru’s built-in automation, supported fantasy-platform connectors, or an external AI connection you authorize through Sign in with Draft Guru is permitted within those features’ access and usage limits. This permission does not authorize bypassing sport entitlements, accessing another user’s private data or sharing account credentials.
Pictures you upload are checked automatically before anyone else sees them. You can report a picture to us through Support. We may remove any picture that breaks these rules, turn off your ability to upload pictures, or suspend or close your account.
The Draft Guru platform, including its design, code, features, branding, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by Draft Guru AI. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written consent.
You retain ownership of any content you create within the Service, such as league names, team names, team pictures, and chat messages. By posting content on Draft Guru, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the Service as necessary for its operation.
Draft Guru is a fantasy sports entertainment platform. It is not a gambling service and does not offer wagering or betting of any kind — in-app points and wager pools use virtual currency with no cash value. No entry fees are collected for league participation beyond the platform subscription itself. Users should not treat Draft Guru as a gambling or wagering platform.
Prizes are never cash. Draft Guru may award prizes for skill-based competitions such as the Guru Ladder. Any prize is a non-cash award — a trophy, physical merchandise, a gift, digital recognition, or platform credit — and is subject to the official rules published for that competition. We do not award money, and no prize can be redeemed, exchanged, or cashed out for money or any monetary equivalent. Guru Points and any other in-app currency likewise have no cash value and cannot be converted to money.
Player statistics, scores, schedules, and other sports data displayed on Draft Guru are sourced from ESPN and other publicly available sources. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that all data is complete, current, or error-free. Fantasy scoring and player projections are provided for entertainment purposes and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decisions.
Draft Guru offers AI-powered draft assistance and analysis through "Guru AI." These features are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. Guru AI recommendations are not financial advice, investment advice, or professional sports analysis. AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You acknowledge that you use AI features at your own discretion and that Draft Guru bears no responsibility for decisions made based on AI recommendations.
External AI connectors and plugins supply read-only Draft Guru data to a supported provider you choose; the provider generates the conversation under its own terms and account limits. Access is restricted to sports covered by your paid Draft Guru plan. These tools cannot set a lineup, submit a claim, accept a trade or change a league. You remain responsible for reviewing information and making your own roster decisions. You can revoke a connection in Account → Your AI Assistant. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Draft Guru and Draft Guru AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Draft Guru in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if we reasonably believe your actions may harm other users or the integrity of the platform. In the event of termination for cause, you will not be entitled to a refund for any remaining subscription period.
You may voluntarily delete your account from Account → Delete My Account or request deletion by email. See account and data deletion instructions for the process and retention details.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Louisiana.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in Louisiana, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Draft Guru, Draft Guru AI, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
