Refund Policy

Applies to all annual subscriptions purchased on or after March 30, 2026.

How to request a refund

Go to Account → Subscription → Request refund. We'll show your exact eligibility instantly — no emails, no guessing. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Full Refund (100%)

You may receive a complete refund if you:

  • • Cancel before using your first live draft session
  • • Cancel within 7 days of purchase AND have not used any live draft features

Partial Refund (50%)

You may receive a 50% refund if you:

  • • Cancel within 30 days after completing your first live draft
  • • Request a refund before Week 4 of your sport's season (whichever comes first)
  • • Upon refund, you keep full access for 30 more days — or until your renewal date, if that comes first

No Refund

Refunds are not available if:

  • • More than 30 days have passed since your first live draft
  • • Your sport's season has reached Week 4 or later
  • • You continue to have full access to all features through your annual renewal date

Cancellation & Renewal

  • • Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year
  • • Cancel anytime to prevent future charges
  • • Canceling does not entitle you to a prorated refund outside the policy above
  • • You retain access through the end of your paid subscription period

Founding Member Subscriptions

Founding member pricing is locked in for life as long as your subscription remains active. If you cancel, your founding member status is permanently forfeited and standard pricing will apply to any future subscription.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback after using our service may result in account termination and being reported to fraud prevention services. Please request refunds from your Account page (or email support@draftguruai.com) instead.
